This sweetie found herself in the Dallas shelter early in December and we got her out of there just in time for Christmas! We are not sure of her history but now we know that she is a friendly female who is opening up to her temporary foster quickly. She loves toys!! She also loves to steal toys and socks too! Eva is showing to be a sweet girl and loves being around her humans. She loves attention and just wants to be loved. She does not like to be in a crate and even more, she doesn't like being outside!! Eva is fairly low key and may even do fine in a home or town home with small yard. She needs more training to learn how to walk on a leash and over time and positive reinforcement she will learn to like going outside. So far she doesn't seem interested in making friends with other dogs and will need to see a trainer to work on this. We are not sure if this is just other dogs in the home or dogs in general. Eva needs someone willing to give her the TLC and attention she deserves. She does have hair loss and we are still trying to determine the cause but it seems like with her new diet and life that it may be getting better already. She needs someone with patience to help teach her how to enjoy a walk on a leash and how to be calm when left alone as she really just wants to be around her humans!
